Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at hello@hagifragrances.com with a clear statement of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You may use the standard cancellation form, but it is not required.

How Returns Are Handled

Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will confirm by email and provide return instructions. Goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us. Products should be returned in their original condition and packaging. For reasons of hygiene, fragrances should be unused with any seal intact; you are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Hagi Fragrances will cover all return shipping costs — simply contact us and we will arrange the return for you.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods (or proof that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier). Refunds are made to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return.
